How to request deletion
- Email data@sharepartyinsight.com from the email address registered to your ShareParty account, or include the phone number or sign-in method used for your account.
- Use the subject line: ShareParty account deletion request.
- Tell us your country or market, and whether you want to delete your ShareParty account, delete specific personal data, withdraw from App/Web Tracking, or ask a privacy question.
- We may ask for information needed to verify that you are the account holder before completing the request.
Deleting the app from your phone does not by itself delete your account or data. You must submit a deletion request using the steps above, unless the app provides an in-app deletion flow in your version.
What we delete
- Account profile details and contact information where no longer needed.
- Personal data linked to survey, mission, reward, and support activity where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- App/Web Tracking participation data according to the applicable programme notice and local law.
What we may retain
- Records needed for rewards, payment, tax, audit, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms.
- Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
- Backup copies until they are overwritten or deleted under our normal backup cycle.
Timing
We will process deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where no shorter legal deadline applies, our general target is to complete valid deletion requests within 90 days after we have enough information to verify and process the request.
Partial data deletion
You may ask us to delete some personal data without deleting your account. Some data may be required to keep your account active, provide rewards, prevent fraud, or comply with law. If we cannot delete a specific item while keeping the account active, we will explain the available options.
Tracking programme withdrawal
If you joined App/Web Tracking or App/Web Tracking Lite, you may also pause or withdraw from the programme where supported in the app. Withdrawal stops new collection for that programme. Previously collected data is handled under the applicable privacy notice, your request, and local law.
