How do I join ShareParty?
Download the ShareParty app from the App Store or Google Play, register with your email or Google account, and start earning. You must be 18 or older to join.
Is ShareParty free?
Yes — it’s completely free to join. You earn points by completing surveys and missions, then redeem them for real rewards.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes — the latest version of the app supports Google account registration. If you’ve already registered with your Google account, don’t sign up again with the same account.
My account has capital letters and I can’t redeem.
Older accounts containing capital letters are no longer supported for redemption. Please register a new account if you’re affected — we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

How do I earn points?
You earn welcome points when you join, plus points for completing surveys, daily and weekly missions, the App/Web Tracking (App/Web Tracking Lite) program, referrals, and special events.
When will my points arrive?
Most points post automatically after you complete a task. Some rewards (such as weekly bonuses) are issued on a set day each week. If points seem missing, first make sure you completed the required survey or task; during system updates, please allow a few hours.
Why did my points change or show a discrepancy?
We periodically reconcile and adjust point balances to keep things accurate. Temporary discrepancies usually resolve within a few hours.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points earned in a calendar year expire at 23:59 on 31 December of the following year — for example, points earned in 2024 expire on 31 December 2025. Check your in-app points history and redeem before they expire. See our

🎁 Rewards & redemption
Why can’t I redeem my voucher or points?
This is the most common question. Usually it’s one of these: (1) you haven’t completed the current month’s required survey (the “Basic Eligibility” / “About You” profile survey); (2) your survey answers don’t match your registered profile; (3) you’ve reached the monthly limit for that reward; or (4) your registration details need updating. Complete the monthly survey truthfully and make sure it matches your profile.
Why must my survey answers match my profile?
To keep rewards fair and data accurate, your required monthly survey must match your registered details. If they don’t match, that redemption is considered ineligible. You can re-submit the survey at the start and the middle of each month.
Is there a redemption limit?
Yes — each specific reward can be redeemed once per calendar month, and there is an overall monthly redemption limit per member to keep things fair for everyone.
Can you extend or reinstate an expired voucher or points?
Unfortunately, expired or already-used vouchers and expired points can’t be extended or reinstated. Please redeem your points before they expire.
When does the required monthly survey open?
Twice a month — at the start and the middle. If you haven’t received it yet, check the survey/mission page in the app.
📲 App/Web Tracking Lite & App/Web Tracking
What is App/Web Tracking Lite / App/Web Tracking?
It’s an opt-in program where you link your streaming or app/web usage to earn daily and weekly points. It’s permission-based and you can pause or leave anytime. See our
Data Use page and
App/Web Tracking Privacy Notice.
It won’t connect or I keep getting logged out.
First, update to the latest app version. Some streaming platforms (such as iQIYI or Max) may log out automatically depending on your phone brand and settings — just reconnect from the Mission page. For Netflix, reconnect your account if prompted. If problems continue, try reinstalling the app.
When do my tracking points arrive?
Daily points are issued based on the platform you’ve connected. Log in to ShareParty daily to keep your connection active and your points flowing.
The “App/Web Tracking Lite” box disappeared from my home page.
Don’t worry — it’s usually just temporarily hidden. Go to the “Mission” page to find and complete your task.
👥 Referrals
Is there a referral program?
From time to time we run referral promotions. When a promotion is active, open “Refer a Friend” on the home page to find your code — when your friend registers, verifies their account, and completes the required tasks, you both earn bonus points. Referral rewards and availability vary by promotion, so check the app for what’s currently on offer.
🔒 Account & fair use
Can I have more than one account?
No — each person may have only one account (you can use it on multiple devices). Multiple accounts, or different accounts sharing the same IP address, may be temporarily suspended.
Why was my account flagged or blocked?
Duplicate accounts, shared IP addresses, or careless/low-quality survey answers can trigger a review to protect data quality and fairness. If you believe it’s a mistake, contact support.
Who can use ShareParty?
ShareParty is for users 18 years of age or older.
