According to the ShareParty Insight behavioral database, in February 2025, within Taiwan’s YouTube “News & Politics” category, 東森新聞 CH51 secured the top spot with a 28.3% reach and over 2.49 million households tuning in. TVBS NEWS followed closely behind with a 28.2% reach—only a 0.1 percentage point difference, marking an intense competition for first place.
Ranking third is 三立新聞網 SETN with a 22% reach and an audience of 1.93 million households. 中天新聞 came in fourth with 21.5%, followed by 台視新聞 TTV NEWS at 21.1%. These rankings are based on actual YouTube viewing behavior, including both household reach and total viewing duration (in hours), providing an authentic reflection of audience engagement with news and political content.
